Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition, you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Certain items, including sale items and gift cards, are ineligible for returns.
Faulty Products
If you receive a defective product, we’re happy to offer a replacement or full refund, provided it’s within the 30-day window.
Incorrect Orders or Change of Mind
If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, you may request a refund or exchange if the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Wrong Item Shipped
We’ll provide a replacement or full refund if we send the wrong item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
Return Process
If the return is due to an error on our part, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
If returning an item due to a change of mind or incorrect order on your part, you’ll need to cover shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@projectpole.co.nz. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
