Shipping Policy

Processing: Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. We do our best to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed the following business day. Any orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

New Zealand Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all NZ orders over $150

Shipping Cost: Tracked overnight shipping is available for $7 - Flat rate across NZ 

Carrier: We use NZ Post for all shipments within New Zealand.

Delivery Timeframe: 1-3 business days.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 business hours on an express service. Please note, couriers do not pick up orders after 11am on Friday and over the weekend.
 
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to send to P.O Boxes, please provide an alternative address. Once the parcel is with the courier, they may be subject to delays that are beyond our control.

Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details once your order has been processed. Tracking numbers should be automatically sent to you. If you have not received your tracking details, please don't hesitate to contact us.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please include your contact details (phone number and email address) alongside your physical address.
 
If delivery cannot be made the driver will leave a collection card. To collect the parcel, the collection card must be presented with valid photo ID at the nominated courier branch. If the parcel is not collected within 10 business days, it will be returned to ProjectPole and redelivery will be at the expense of the customer.
